SupWave Inc. recognizes that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting SupWave.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice and Conditions of Use.  The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve the SupWave.com Web site, SupWave Products and Services and your shopping experience at SupWave.com. SupWave, Inc. gathers information from you at several different points on the web site and for several purposes.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

We receive and store any information (actually, we don't record credit card numbers, that's important) you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. SupWave, Inc. may use this aggregated information to evaluate which products and services are successful and which ones aren't, and in order to evaluate what new services SupWave, Inc. should make available on our web site. SupWave, Inc. will use reasonable best efforts not to disclose any information about any individual except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. We share customer information only with our parent company, SupWave Co. Ltd., which does not share such information with any other company or organization.

INFORMATION SECURITY

• We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
• We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

SupWave.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell certain children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use SupWave.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
